These clients wanted to engage a building company who specialised in renovations and who could competently manage all aspects of the renovation. The re-cladding work required a plastic wrapped scaffold to achieve weathertightness with the new UPVC Palliside cladding system. Included in the renovation was a new open plan kitchen and scullery along with hardwood kwila decking and an outdoor living area.
